Welcome to The Glow Routine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website theglowroutine.be (the "Site"), the online workout platform (the "Platform"), and the purchase of physical workout tools (the "Kit"), all operated by SNIP STUDIOS, a company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Hazelarenlaan 36, 3500 Hasselt - Belgium, VAT number BE 1024.520.532 ("we," "us," or "our").
 

By accessing the Site, subscribing to the Platform, or purchasing the Kit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 

The Platform and Kit are intended for personal, non-commercial use. The content and guidance provided are for general informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.

1. Account Registration and Access
 

To access the Platform, you must create an account and purchase a subscription.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users between 16 and 18 confirm they have obtained parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that harms the Platform or other users.
 

2. Subscriptions and Billing
 

Available Plans
 

• Monthly subscription: €19.95 (automatically renewing)

• Annual subscription: €199 (paid in full upfront)
   

Billing
 

Your subscription begins on the date payment is received. For the monthly plan, billing recurs automatically every month. For the annual plan, billing recurs annually. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
 

We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the new price.
 

Cancellation
 

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@theglowroutine.online
 

• Monthly plan: Cancel before the start of the next billing period. If you cancel after the new period has already begun, your subscription will run for that one additional period only. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
   

• Annual plan: Cancel before the renewal date. The annual fee is non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. You retain access until the end of the paid year.
   

Right of Withdrawal — Digital Services
 

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or online services once delivery has begun, provided you have given your explicit prior consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your subscription purchase and requesting immediate access, you provide this consent and acknowledgement.

If you subscribe but do not access the Platform before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. To do so, contact us at [email address] within 14 calendar days of purchase.
 

Free Trials
 

If we offer a free trial, access begins on the start date of the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the applicable subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
 

3. The Kit — Purchase and Delivery
 

The Glow Routine Kit is a physical product sold separately from the Platform subscription.
 

Order Confirmation
 

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time prior to dispatch, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.
 

Delivery
 

Estimated delivery times are stated on the product page. SNIP STUDIOS is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you.
 

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
 

Kit — Right of Withdrawal
 

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
 

To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear written statement to [email address]. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
 

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
 

We will issue a full refund, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
 

Conditions for Return
 

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been clearly used or where hygiene seals have been broken (where applicable).

5. Intellectual Property
 

All content on the Platform — including workout videos, programmes, graphics, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to SNIP STUDIOS and is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property law.
 

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, share, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
 

6. User Content
 

If the Platform allows you to submit content (such as comments, photos, or reviews), you retain ownership of that content but grant SNIP STUDIOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform and our marketing, for as long as the content remains on the Platform.
 

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, is not defamatory, and complies with applicable law.
 

We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion, without notice or liability.
 

7. Acceptable Use
 

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform or Site for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose

• Share your account credentials with others

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform

• Reproduce or distribute Platform content in any form without authorisation

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
   

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach any of the above.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, SNIP STUDIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the Kit, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.
 

9. Privacy and Data Protection
 

SNIP STUDIOS processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law. For full details on how we collect, use, and store your data, and how to exercise your rights, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
 

10. Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site. The updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the Platform or Site after the notice period. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
 

11. Governing Law and Disputes
 

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [municipality/arrondissement].

As a consumer, you also have the right to submit complaints to the Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst) via www.ombudsman.be, or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
